Hello!
I have pre-ordered the single "i feel like you" in amazon.de since june, but i don't receive it yet. 
I have some doubts...
there is two special downloads, i can choose one with the amazon bill and another...
i need to buy the whole single on iTunes or i can get the download with only one track?
i say because i think 5.94 for the iTunes MP3 versions is a robbery compared with 5.95 for a real CD in amazon.de |

Ok, i send an email with the amazon's bill and nobody tell me how do you want to confirm that i have download the song at iTunes, so i send a screen capture of my iTunes... |

What?
I don't have receive any email from contact@x-perience.de again, like with the personal heaven single.
What's the matter?
and... in this forum... i think i can write

and nobody notice...
I know, my english is not the best english, but at least a reply from contact@x-perience.de telling me that my english is untraslatable...
i consider five months time enought to read a email.
i could have a little exasperated tone, but you know? I paid in iTunes for a song that I already had, only to have the special unreleased songs!
and I feel deceived. |

sometimes i think i'm alone here, in the english forum.
i want to be more patient,  but they never reply with the links of personal heaven special downloads, and i'm worried that it happens the same thing again. |
